Who we are
Leapnovate Limited, Abuja, Nigeria, is responsible for the personal data you send us through this website. Contact us about privacy at hello@leapnovate.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, organisation, the topic you choose and your message. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. We rely on your consent when you send the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms, which delivers form messages to our inbox
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and routes our email
- Google, which provides our email inbox
Some of these providers store data outside Nigeria. We use them only where they protect personal data to a standard that meets the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months, or longer if your enquiry leads to a contract and the law requires us to keep records.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
